TRANSFORMATION NORTHFIELD
Inspired by the movement of the Holy Spirit in Elk River, Minnesota (read the amazing book: The Elk River Story by Rick Herron), a group of Northfield pastors have combined their congregations in a Great Commission movement called, "Transformation Northfield." The biblical goal, is to constantly pray over the city in order to bring the transforming faith of Jesus Christ into all corners of the marketplace.
Currently, Rejoice! has teamed-up with the Evangelical Free Church, New Covenant Church, and the Assemblies of God Church in Northfield, to implement this ministry of God's transforming love. We believe, through the power of prayer, God will rise-up all Christians in Northfield in order to bring others to the faith. In the meantime, the core churches of "Transformation Northfield" feature combined worship services, occasional radio shows, and public outreach through prayer gatherings. Transformation Northfield is based on Jesus' outreach ministry of Luke 10:1-20.

Rejoice!

We encourage community prayer... PRAY NORTHFIELD: Every Wednesday, Christians are invited to the Community Room of the Community National Bank in Northfield to pray for the city. From 12-noon to 1:00 pm, people representing every denomination gather to pray for the local schools, government, businesses and homes. All are welcome!
